We are excited to be hosting a Mastery Approach to Coaching Workshop on March 11th, from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM, at the North Kitsap Community Auditorium (1881 NE Hostmark St., Poulsbo). This is a required training for anyone interested managing with NKLL this year. The workshop is presented by Dr. Frank Smoll of the University of Washington, who has developed a sports psychology program based on over 35 year of research. The workshop gives coaches tools to foster a positive environment and increase the fun for all involved with youth sports. All North Kitsap parents are invited to attend at no cost. For additional information please see the flyer below!
Note that for NKLL Managers, following the workshop we will be conducting a 30-45 minute required safety training hosted by the NKHS Athletic Trainer.
