WHY VOLUNTEER?

Volunteering with North Kitsap Little League is a powerful way to support the youth in our area and invest in their growth both on and off the field. We are a 100% volunteer organization and depend on members of the community to make each season happen. When community members give their time—whether as coaches, team parents, umpires, or event helpers—they help create a positive environment where kids can build confidence, learn teamwork, and develop lifelong skills. Every volunteer plays a part in ensuring that young athletes have a safe, fun, and enriching place to learn the game and challenge themselves.

Beyond supporting the players, volunteering is also a meaningful way to connect with others and make a lasting impact in North Kitsap. Contributing your time strengthens the league as a whole and brings our community closer together, showing that we value the well-being and development of our youth.
