Why Volunteer?
Volunteering with North Kitsap Little League is a powerful way to support the youth in our community
and invest in their growth both on and off the field. We are a 100% volunteer-run organization and
rely on the time and dedication of community members to make each season possible.
Whether you help as a coach, board member, umpire, or concessions volunteer, you play an important
role in creating a positive environment where kids can build confidence, learn teamwork, and develop
lifelong skills.
Beyond supporting the players, volunteering is also a meaningful way to connect with other families
and strengthen our North Kitsap community.
