Become a North Kitsap Little League Coach

Coaching for North Kitsap Little League is more than teaching baseball or softball skills—it’s about shaping young lives and inspiring the next generation of athletes. As a coach, you’re a role model, a mentor, and a source of positive leadership for kids in our community. Coaching experience is not necessary, only a desire to learn. Our coaching coordinators will be with you every step of the way!

Coach Responsibilities

• Ensure player safety during all practices and games.
